DURING PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT
General terms and conditions include the following sub sections and details as described below.
Import of Goods by Krämer Motorcycles
The importer is solely responsible for the logistical handling and transport of the goods into the country; damages and warranties of the imported products and race-bikes, all import regulations, quality, and further processing are exclusively the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Warranty
Upon arrival of the purchased product, thorough inspection is required by the customer. If there is any visible or technical damage, all claims of warranty have to be done directly to the manufacturer and headquaters Krämer Motorcycles in germany.
KMC importer Enrico Pikoss is only responsible for the import of the product.
Warranty after first use
After the first use of a Motorcycle from Krämer Motorcycles, no warranty claims can be made to Krämer Motorcycles as it is classified as a racebike for track-use only and is sold As-Is in its current condition, and the KMC Australia importer is only resposible for the import of the racebike.
Right of Return
No return, refund or change of mind is accepted by our general terms and conditions for a purchase of an imported racebike as the bike will be sold as-is. KMC importer Enrico Pikoss is only responsible for the import of the racebike and product.
Conditions - Conversion of price for imported race-bikes and other goods
Exchange rate from Euros to Australian dollars of full price of the product is converted on the day of purchase or first deposit.
Should the exchange rate change unexpectetly and become unfavorable for the seller by the time of the final payment, the buyer will bear the risk of any additional costs.
Important Notice
The buyer of any product from the importer Krämer Motorcycles Australia agrees with the general terms and conditions upon purchase of any product.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
The buyer assumes all risks associated with the use of the racing motorcycle. The seller is not liable for any damages, injuries or accidents, and the buyer expressly acknowledges that the motorcycle is used at their own risk.
